Writing Inspiration


A 14-year-old photographer has taken the internet by storm with his creative and dreamlike images that make normal-sized people appear tiny. 

Zev Hoover, from Natick, Massachusetts, goes by the Flickr username Fiddle Oak, a play on 'little folk', which adequately describes the incredible images that make up his 'miniature world'.

    Wow! That's a stunning image - awesome to hear that information and see the link to the work that he's done - 14 years old - I couldn't believe it, but I will share that with my class of students this week - they're going to love it. What other pictures of the artists have you used? Is the writing that you've created as a result of looking at the media located elsehwhere on your blog?

      Thanks Mr Webb, We have published some of our writing on our student blogs (look for links on the left hand side of our blog). How did you find out about our blog? We used google maps to find your school and are very impressed with your view of the mountain. Is the mountain a good place to go skiing or have camps? We are a country school too. Try and find us on google maps. We found your blogs really interesting. We hope you got our comments!

    Flying man
    Good morning,
    Did you hear about the flying man who has duck's wings? I can see the soft fluffy clouds because I'm high in the sky and I thinking about pink fluffy unicorn. I can see the sky dragon. She hates humans. She has spotted me and Oh no she seen me. She is flying toward me, she has faster wings than me so I started down to the ground the dragon didn't follow me. Good morning.
